The reason I'm giving this product a 1 star is the poor customer service this site has. They sent me a wrong lunchbox and have been avoiding me ever since, I was(still am) v.cicil towards them and asked what can be done but they chose to ignore. Still ignoring even. Honestly, the products were fine, some were good even, I ordered a bag and I loved it but sadly I won't be ordering from them anymore because of how they handle complaints
