The most poor service as a whole!!!
Even after 20 days there is no sign of the parcel. Despite reaching out to them several times, the parcel has still not arrived and there is no response from their side and no sense of responsibility as a seller!!!! If you rely on them for your kids school needs, remember you will just keep on waiting indefinitely and will never get the parcel they promised to send!!!! And because of relying on them, you will be forced to make alternative arrangements for your kids at the 11th hour!!
